First, it is important to point out that real estate agents can not pay to join Most Referred! Some online networks claim to have 'pre-screened' real estate agents. Frankly, the screening process that has been employed in many cases, is nothing more than a simple credit card approval.
To qualify as a Most Referred Real Estate Agent the screening process is much more rigorous. We survey each city and the agent must receive the highest number of votes from their industry peers to receive the nomination for their market area. They then must provide Most Referred with reference letters from their peers, their Broker and have a stellar reputation with their local real estate association. Finally, they are interviewed for membership by Most Referred's Nomination Committee.
